The management and protection of the personal data of visitors using the website’s services are subject to the terms of this section, as well as the relevant provisions of Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals from the processing of personal data, as amended by the decisions of the President of the Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, Article 8 of Law 2819/2000, and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These provisions have also been modified by Law 3471/2006 concerning the protection of personal data and privacy in electronic communications.

 

These terms are formulated considering both the rapid advancement of technology—especially the Internet—and the existing, though not fully developed, legal framework governing such matters. Within this context, any potential regulatory change will be incorporated into this section. In any case, the Company reserves the right to amend the terms of personal data protection upon notifying visitors/users and in accordance with the existing or future legal framework. If a visitor/user does not agree with the personal data protection terms outlined in this section, they should refrain from using the Website’s services.

 

The company requests personal information solely for order processing and for no other purpose. If the information provided by the customer is insufficient or false, the company reserves the right to cancel the order. The data requested by the company do not include financial details. Payments are processed through PayPal, and the company does not have access to customers’ financial information.

 

Customers' personal data are not shared with third parties nor used by the company for any other purpose. Only in exceptional cases, such as lawful requests from governmental authorities, will the company disclose customer information in compliance with applicable legal procedures and regulations.
