Shipping and Delivery

Order Delivery & Shipping Address

Our company allows you to receive or send your orders to a different address from the one designated as your shipping address. If you wish to have your order sent to an address different from the billing address, simply fill in the relevant fields in the order form with the delivery address details. The shipment will include all legally required documents (receipt and shipping note). If you do not want the recipient of your order to receive payment details, please mention this in the notes section and provide the address where the receipt should be sent.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders with a total product value of €35.00 or more. For orders below €35.00, there is a shipping fee of €3.00 + €2.00 for cash on delivery. For Cyprus, shipping is free for orders over €70.00. For orders below €70.00, the shipping cost is €8.00.

Shipping Time

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible and no later than 5 business days after the order date (unless the ordered items are out of stock, in which case availability and shipping times are clearly stated in the product descriptions). For deliveries within Greece, orders are shipped via our partnered courier service. The usual delivery time within Greece is between 2-3 business days, depending on the delivery address. The partnered courier service operates Monday to Friday. During peak periods or in cases of severe weather conditions, delivery may take longer than estimated. The company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or other external factors.

Gifts

If you wish to send a gift through our company, we will be happy to ship your order as a gift. Gifts include special gift packaging and are delivered to the specified shipping address. You can also include a personal message, which will be added to the final packaging. To send your order as a gift, you must select the relevant option in the order form and include the recipient's details and address. The shipment will include all legally required documents (receipt and shipping note). If you do not want the recipient to receive payment details, please mention this in the notes section and provide the address where the receipt should be sent. If the gift recipient wishes to return the item, they may follow the Return & Exchange procedures outlined below.
